The

Presence

menu allows you to be available to send a caller a message about the

reason of not being reachable automatically.

Setup presence, switching on and off

Lunch, Meeting or Vacation. If you select at activity nothing, the feature will be

Press the key , you will enter note input area. Now you will be able to enter a
message with the key pad alphanumerical.

To store the inputs press the key two times. If no error will be detected, then
for a short time the display ok appears in Figure 78.
