3.10.5.1 Function Keys General
In general, there are two different kinds of function keys, which can take one or
more conditions:
1. Function keys that are assigned to the telephone display, can be defined with
the parameters Text or Icon, according to the particular state.
Text Here, you enter the text to be shown in the display beside the
function key. The text can be freely chosen and may consist of 20
characters per function key.
Icon Alternatively, an icon (a symbol) can be shown in the display. The
assignment of graphics to names is described in the following table
„Icon Definition“ (Figure 194 on page 246).
2. Function keys with an LED indicator can be assigned to the states:
