Weather-protecting sun roof, hydrau-
lic (O)
The roof can be raised and lowered
without having to start the drive motor.
- To lower the roof, turn key switch (1) to
the left until the roof has lowered to its
minimum level.
- To raise the roof again, turn key switch
(1) to the right until the roof has risen
to its maximum level.
If it is necessary to raise the roof whilst
the battery is discharged, a manual
pump is available on the hydraulic unit.
- First of all, unfasten the lock nut (2) on
the hand pump and tighten the thread-
ing dowel (3) as far as possible into
the pump.
- Retighten the lock nut for safety.
- Press the pump lever (4) until the roof
has risen to the position required.
Two choke valves (5), (6) are fitted to set
the raising and lowering speeds.
Once the roof has been raised, unscrew
the threading dowel (3) again by a few
turns and lock with the lock nut (2).
