- Enable the automatic function on the levelling equipment using pushbutton (3)
(function lamp AUTO (M2) lights up).
- Raise the engine speed and engage the milling drum transmission.
- Use switches (37) and (38) of the main control panel to switch the levelling unit into
„AUTO“ and with the machine stationary, lower it to the milling depth preselected
with the drive lever deflected slightly.
- Set desired milling speed by adjusting the setting of the drive lever. The machine
starts to move when the drive lever moves out of its central position.
- If necessary, adjust the speed of the upper conveyor using the preselector.
- If necessary, guide the upper conveyor using the control lever.
The automatic function for water spraying system and upper conveyor is engaged as
soon as the drive lever moves out of its central position and is disengaged automati-
cally as soon as the machine is stopped.
