IP Filtering Restricts access via TCP/IP. Also supports access from outside the
company. However, this function requires knowledge regarding
IP addresses. Incorrect settings may lead to serious trouble, such
as becoming unable to access the machine from the network.
MAC Address Filtering Restricts access by MAC address. Also supports access from out-
side the company. However, this function requires knowledge
regarding MAC addresses. Incorrect settings may lead to serious
trouble, such as becoming unable to access the machine from
the network.
Encryption (SSL/TLS) Enables communication between the computer (client) and the
machine to be encrypted.
IPSec Enables communication between the computer (client) and the
machine to be encrypted and modification to be prevented.
Web Page Authentication Method Configures the Web Page authentication method.
