The front tires are worn
seriously.
(1)
The front wheel rim or spoke is deformed
seriously.
(2)
The toe-in is adjusted improperly.
(3)
The connection between the steering
knuckle and cylinder is worn seriously.
(4)
The tire pressure is insufficient when the
tractor works for a long time.
(5)
The engaging handle of the front drive axle
is not released during transportation.
(6)
The front drive wheel tires are installed
reversely.
(1)
Correct the front wheel rim or spoke.
(2)
Adjust the toe-in.
(3)
Replace the pin.
(4)
Check the tire pressure and inflate the
tires as required.
(5)
Release the front drive axle.
(6)
Re-install the tires as required.
The
front
wheels
wobbles.
(1)
The clamping nuts and bolts of the ball pin,
cylinder, steering swing arm get loosed.
(2)
The toe-in is adjusted improperly.
(3)
The clearance between bearings is too big or
the bearing is worn seriously.
(4)
The steering kingpin is worn seriously.
(5)
The front wheel rim is deformed seriously.
(1)
Check whether it is fastened securely.
(2)
Adjust the toe-in.
(3)
Adjust or replace the bearing.
(4)
Replace the steering kingpin.
(5)
Correct t he front wheel rim.
The noise is too louder.
(1)
The meshing mark of the front main drive
gear is poor.
(2)
The clearance between main drive bearings
is too big or the bearing is damaged.
(3)
The differential shaft is worn or damaged.
(4)
The planetary gear or gasket is worn.
(5)
The final drive gear pairs are meshed
improperly.
(1)
Re-adjust the meshing mark.
(2)
Adjust or replace the bearing.
(3)
Replace the differential shaft.
(4)
Replace the planetary gear or gasket.
(5)
Adjust the final drive gear.
The drive shaft and
protective sleeve get
heat.
(1)
The drive shaft is bent or deformed
seriously, or subject to friction.
(2)
The middle supporting bearing pedestal is
loosened.
(1)
Correct or replace the drive shaft.
(2)
Tighten it as required.
