assembly
Move the draft-adjusting handle and position-adjusting handle to the upper notch of sector plate (i.e. vertical to the
lifter housing bottom), to achieve a clearance of 4mm between the inner lift arm and the rear inner surface of the
lifter housing. At the moment, the outer lift arm forms an angle of 60º to the lifter housing bottom. Then adjust the
draft-adjusting lever and the position-adjusting cam.
●
Adjustment to the draft-adjusting lever
Adjust the force-adjusting push rod until the force-adjusting seal gland comes into contact with the plane A. Then
adjust the force-adjusting push rod length to achieve a clearance of 1.5mm between the force-adjusting lever control
end G and the main control valve end face (the main control valve is at the outermost position). Tighten the nut.
