8.5.Technical Maintenance Per Shift (10h)
8.5.1.Routine check of the tractor
Notice:
It can be touched when the engine is cooled. During the maintenance period, parking braking will
be used or wheel will be blocked. After completing check and maintenance work, removed side
plate, lens hood and any safety protective device or covering will be re-installed.
8.5.2.
(1)
Dust and oil dirt on the tractor will be cleared;
(2)
Check and fix all fasteners outside of the tractor, any loosening fastener shall be timely tightened, especially
fastening nuts on front and rear wheels.
(3)
Check height of liquid level of engine sump of the engine, water tank, fuel tank, hydraulic steering oil tank,
parking brake oil tank and storage battery of hydraulic lifter, if it is not enough, it will be increased. Check liquid
level of engine oil sump, the tractor will be parked on the horizontal ground. Check will be conducted after the
engine has stopped working for 15min.

Lubricating grease listed in the maintenance table 8-1.

Check inflation pressure of front and rear tires, if pressure is not enough, it will be inflated.
(6)
Check free stroke of main and auxiliary clutches and pedal of traveling brake
(7)
Check will be conducted to confirm whether the tractor has air leakage, oil leakage and water leakage or
not. If it has “three leakages”, it shall be eliminated.
(8)
Diesel engine will be maintained in accordance with requirements of “technical maintenance per daily
shift” in the “utilization and maintenance manual of diesel engine”.
8.5.2.Check oil level of the engine oil
Notice:
Waste oil will be collected and stored in suitable vessel before being sent to the authorized collection
center.
