●
Frequently inspect oil level of the steering oil tank.
●
If the steering is heavy or failed during operation, first carefully investigate causes and cannot pull the steering
wheel in a forced manner, and even do not dismantle the steering gear to avoid damage to parts. It is prohibited
that the steering wheel is turned by two persons simultaneously.
●
When a full hydraulic steering system is installed, the steering gear should ensure it is in line with the steering
shaft, and an axial clearance exists. After installation, check the steering wheel for flexible return.
●
Must ensure that the fluid is clean. For this reason, frequently inspect the filter element and fluid. Inspection
method: Drop a fluid drip to a blotting paper; if the oil stain center is black, it indicates that the fluid should be
replaced.
●
After the hydraulic oil is replaced with new one, the gas in the oil cylinder should be removed completely. Gas
removal method: Loosen the bolt joint of the steering oil cylinder to enable the oil pump to operate at low
speed for out flowing until the drained oil does not contain foam. Dismantle the connection between the
steering cylinder piston and direction wheel, and turn the steering wheel to enable the piston to move to the
left or right position (it does not stop at both limit positions), and fill oil to the oil tank to the specified highest
oil level. Tighten all threaded connections (which cannot be tightened under pressure) and connect the piston
rod. Inspect whether the steering system operates normally in individual operating conditions.
●
The constant /overflow pump is a precision part, and usually, no dismantling is allowed; if must be dismantled,
it should be dismantled at a clean place, and cleaned with clean gasoline or kerosene.
Notice:
When the tractor operates at high speed, it is prohibited to apply single-side brake for emergency
cornering, so as to avoid roll-over accident.
●
Notice:
If squeak sound is produced from the activation of the safety valve of the hydraulic steering system when
the front wheels turn in a long curve, the steering wheel should be moved backward slightly to avoid
damage to the machine because the hydraulic steering system is overloaded for a long period.
Notice:
Prior to cornering or reversing of the tractor in the field, the working parts of the agricultural implement
that is plowed into the soil must be lifted out of the ground, so as to avoid damage the implement or cause
personal injury.
