The printout has diagonal
lines.

Locate the cause of the problem using the Pitch Configuration Chart.

Start the Tool Box on Dell Printer Hub or Dell Printer Management
Tool, and then click
Chart Print
on the
Diagnosis
tab.
NOTE:

Click
Pitch Configuration Chart
for verification.
If the output matches with the pattern for diagonal lines, proceed to
step 2.
If the output does not match with the pattern for diagonal lines,
contact Dell.
