Lift your handset and dial “48” to be connected to the outside call.

Retrieve A Call Placed On Hold If Other Extensions Have Multiple Calls On Hold

After dialing “48”, you will hear a triple-beep.

Press the digit that represents the order in which the incoming or

outgoing call accessed the system.

“1” = Least time in the system.

“2” =

↓

“3” =

↓

“4” = Longest time in the system

This order is independent when the call was put on hold.
