Generic Client
Generic Client is a TCP/IP client that runs on the TeleBoss and attempts connections to a specified Server to
download records. This connection is a clear text telnet protocol, over port 1752 by default. You can typically
determine if the PBX will be supported by Generic Client if you can Telnet to the IP address of the PBX
followed by the Port number and see CDR on your Telnet screen.
