ETHERNET CONFIGURATION
AND REMOTE PROGRAMMING
Introduction
This section covers the Remote Programming Ethernet Interface for the Asterion DC
Multioutput Series power supply. This configuration enables you to operate Asterion DC
Multioutput Series power supply from a computer via Ethernet IEEE-802.3 communication
protocol, with SCPI-compatible language, allowing full remote programming control and
monitoring of your power supply.
Rear Panel
This section provides illustrations of the Asterion DC Multioutput Series power supply
’s
rear panel layout. Refer to Figure 6-1, regardless of the layout, the component functions
are common across all models and those that are pertinent to the Ethernet option are
described here.
