STEP
DESCRIPTION
1.
Issue a *CLS command.
2.
Issue a *RST command.
3.
To calibrate channel 1, Connect zero volt (0 +/- 0.003V) across PIN 4
(IPRG1_VSOUR) and PIN 3 (PRG_RTN) of channel 1 Analog Programming
connector.
4.
To calibrate channel 2, Connect zero volt (0 +/- 0.003V) across PIN 4
(IPRG2_VSOUR) and PIN 3 (PRG_RTN) of channel 2 Analog Programming
connector.
5.
To calibrate channel 3, Connect zero volt (0 +/- 0.003V) across PIN 4
(IPRG3_VSOUR) and PIN 3 (PRG_RTN) of channel 3 Analog Programming
connector.
6.
Select the Analog programming source as Voltage source and 10V range. Also
select programming mode as internal during calibration procedure.

Program the supply to unlock the non-volatile memory for calibration value
storage:
CAL<n>:UNLOCK “6867”
8.
Calibrate the Offset point.
CAL<n>:OUTP:CURR:EXTV:OFFS 0
9.
To calibrate channel 1, Set the DC voltage to 10V +/-0.003V at PIN 4
(IPRG1_VSOUR) and PIN 3 (PRG_RTN) of channel 1 Analog Programming
connector.
10.
To calibrate channel 2, Set the DC voltage to 10V +/-0.003V at PIN 4
(IPRG2_VSOUR) and PIN 3 (PRG_RTN) of channel 2 Analog Programming
connector.
11.
To calibrate channel 3, Set the DC voltage to 10V +/-0.003V at PIN 4
(IPRG3_VSOUR) and PIN 3 (PRG_RTN) of channel 3 Analog Programming
connector.
