7.10 REMPLACEMENT
BLADES FOR
FG - FZ
The
ROTOZAPPA FG - FZ
(Fig. 67)
have
6 blades for flange (3 right and 3 left,
stan-
dard helicoidal
to demand to square) plus
counter-flange. Always use original spare
parts
ALPEGO
.
It is advisable to remove and
assemble one blade at a time
in order to prevent positioning errors.
(see figure) and then assemble the
counter-flanges.
The blades and the counter-flange of
the successive flange must always be
mounted in the same sense of the pre-
vious flange, following the helicoidal sense
of the flange.
ATTENTION: be sure that the
screw (A) it is always mounted
like indicated in figure, are available a
kit of complete bolts for models:
• FG
: M14×1,5×45 with nud, the code
is: CF1049
• FZ
: M16×1,5×50 with nud, the code
is: CF1060
7.10 SUSTITUCIÓN DE LAS
AZADAS PARA
FG - FZ
La
ROTOAZADA FG
(Fig. 67)
está
equipada con 6 azadas por arandela
(n°3 derechas y n° 3 izquierdas,
de serie
helicoidales
a pedido a escuadra) más
contra arandela; usar solamente azadas
originales
ALPEGO
.
Aconsejamos respetar el
esquema de montaje original,
sustituyendo una azada por vez y mon-
tanto la nueva en la misma posición
que la vieja por lo tanto apoyarse en
las contra arandelas.
Las azadas y las contra arandelas de la
arandela sucesiva deben siempre estar
montadas en el mismo sentido de la
arandela precedente, siguiendo el sentido
helicoidal de la arandela misma.
ATENCIÓN: asegurarse que el
tornillo (A) esté siempre mon-
tado como indica en figura, está dispo-
nible la confección de pernos de repue-
sto para modelo de la maquina:
• FG
: M14×1,5×45 completos de dado
a código de orden: CF1049
• FZ
: M16×1,5×50 completos de dado
a código de orden: CF1060
