Steps:

Opening the

Setup Tab>Event Configuration

drop-down menu and clicking the

TCP

Notification

link will open the

TCP Notification

settings page.

Alive Type

Configure the TCP keep-alive packet mode.

Alive Time

Configure the time interval between keep-alive retransmissions.
