In the case that no Reverse Telnet timeout time is configured, then as long as the
Reverse Telnet is successfully connected, the router will not disconnect the related
Revere Telnet even if no data are being transmitted. In the case that the Reverse
Telnet timeout time is configured, the system will disconnect Reverse Telnet
automatically if there is no data being transmitted in a specified period.

telnet ip-address [ service-port ]

Parameter
ip-address : IP address of the remote router, in the dotted decimal format.
service-port : TCP port number via the remote router which provides the Telnet service.
The port number ranges from 0 to 65535. If adopting the Reverse Telnet, you should
configure the port number.
Description
Using the telnet command, you can log onto other routers from the current router via
Telnet.
By default, the Telnet port number is 23, if no service-port is specified.
By executing the telnet command, you can easily login from one router onto another
for remote management.
In 3Com series routers, the correlation between the port number and asynchronous
port is as follows:
The numbering of the asynchronous ports begins at 2001. For example, the first
asynchronous port is numbered 2001, then the second 2002, and so on.
The number of the AUX port is 3000.
