the packet can be processed into queue.

Description
Using the qos pql inbound-interface command, you can configure a priority
queueing rule to the rule list to specify network protocol type which matches the
packets. Using the undo qos pql protocol command, you can cancel a rule.
By default, no classification rule is configured.
The system searches for matched rules according to the configuration sequence of
rules. When the packet matches a certain rule, the searching process comes to an
end.
