2. Insert the capillary CD (P/N 072041) or ED (P/N 072042) into the upper
compartment of the DC (see

For a single-system configuration, it does not matter on which side of
the compartment the detector is installed. Typically, the left side is
used.
•
For a dual-system configuration, install the detector for system #1 on
the left side and the detector for system #2 on the right side.
3. Push firmly to plug the electrical plug on the back of the detector into the
receptacle on the rear wall of the DC compartment. You should hear a
click when the detector is fully seated.
4. For an ED, connect the cell cable and the reference electrode cable.
If it is necessary to remove the detector from the DC:
