How User can make Video Call

Videophone feature of MorphoAccess® SIGMA Family terminal enables end users to make a
video call to a customer care center. The executive at customer care center can view the user
and solve all functional queries on call.

NOTE: During the video phone call, terminal does not allow any access control operations.

Pre-requisites



Video Phone Server must be pre-configured. Refer to “Configure Video Phone Server”
