Inch

The INCH command bit, bit 14 of word n, is set to manually inch one pulse at
a time (effective on signal’s rising edge). One pulse will be feed each time
this bit is set.

Positioning can be stopped and speeds can be changed by either the bits set
in the IR area or by external interrupt commands. The target speeds used
during CHANGE SPEED are taken in order, beginning with the lowest speed
number, from the DM area.
