Speed Reduction Pulley Replacement

Remove the left cover.

Remove the X motor cover.

Loosen the four screws on the X motor mounting plate and
relieve the belt tension.

Loosen the bearing stopper screw and remove it.

Remove the speed reduction pulley support and bearing.

Loosen the two coupling screws.

Loosen the stopper screw.

Remove the X speed reduction belt from the speed reduction
pulley.

Withdraw the speed reduction pulley assembly towards the
right side.

10. Assembly is the reverse of dismantling.

Adjust the X speed reduction belt tension.
