Execute "Capping position adjustment".

Apply "Head rank entry".
Initial filling can now be done.

Enter Head 1 rank.
If Head 1 has not been replaced, rank will be recorded as is.
7.
Execute "Ink filling".
After ink filling, return to the previous level.

Mount media.

Execute "Head nozzle check".
Check whether ejection is normal from all nozzles and proceed to
the next item.
10. Execute “Left Head Tilt”.
Adjust with head adjustment material A so that printing with all
Head 1 colours forms a straight line.
11. Loosen the screw holding Head 1 and move the head adjustment
material A towards (b) if the offset rises to the right, or towards (a) if
the offset rises to the left.
After gently pressing with a straight-bladed watchmaker's screwdriv-
er or similar in the same direction as the compression spring hold-
ing the print head, tighten the screw.
(One click changes head adjustment place A by about 0.005 mm)

Sometimes simply moving the head adjust-
ment material does not alter the inclination.)
12. Execute “Left Tilt”.
Repeat steps 10 and 11 until the test pattern is properly aligned.
13. When the inclination adjustment is finished, proceed to the next
item.
