Turn off the power and then on again after setting
the parameter to validate the parameter value.
When "0" (initial value) is set in [Pr. PA05], the
electronic gear ([Pr. PA06, PA07]) is made valid.
When the setting is other than "0", that value is
used as the command input pulses necessary to
rotate the servo motor one turn. At this time, the
electronic gear is made invalid.
