Appendix: Connection examples
This chapter describes possible connection examples of a MO CM with a SO CMP
and the axis modules SO CM-x.
The supply of the axis controller takes place via the 400 V DC-link circuit of the sup-
ply unit. The MO CM control must always be supplied with 24V (control voltage). The
24 V can be supplied either via an optional internal power supply unit of the SO CMP
supply unit or via an external power supply unit. The optional internal power supply
unit of the supply unit is operated separately with 400 V; a second 400 V connection
must be provided on the SO CMP supply unit.
