Load Correction (Correcting Values to Match Reference Values)

Setting the DC bias

Touch the

DC BIAS

key.

Touch the

key and enter the DC bias

value with the



keys.

Settable range: 0 V to 2.5 V

If you make a mistake, touch the

key to

reenter the value.

Touch the

EXIT

key.

The dialog box will be closed.

When low Z high accuracy mode (p. 56)

is enabled, the valid setting range will differ

(from 0 V to 1 V).

When

is selected for the compensation frequency setting, the DC bias setting cannot be set.

Selecting the parameters to use as reference values

Touch the

MODE

key.

Select the parameter mode of the refer-

ence value to be set.

Touch the

EXIT

key.

The dialog box will be closed.
