Timing chart for panel load

When executing the panel load using the EXT. I/O, specify the panel number for LOAD0 to LOAD3
and turn ON LOAD_VALID.
For panel numbers, see the LOAD0 to LOAD3 signal correspondence table.
During panel load operation, the instrument will enter the keylock state, and no key input will be

accepted.
In addition, attempting to load a panel during testing will cause a beep to be issued, and the load
processing will be ignored.
