RS-232C Interface

Connecting the RS-232C cable

Connect the RS-232C cable to the RS-232C connector. Be sure to tighten the screws when 

connecting the cable.

D-sub 9-pin male

#4-40 locking screw

When connecting the RS-232C cable to the controller (DTE), prepare a cross cable compatible with 

the instrument’s connector and controller’s connector.

The input and output connectors use the terminal (DTE) specifications.
Pin Nos. 2, 3, and 5 are used for this instrument. Other pins are not to be used.
