Example of using a contact check

The following is an example setting and enabling the threshold value of the contact check.

Set the PASS judgment threshold value of the contact check to 500 pF.

The contact check threshold value can be set in the range between 0.1E-9 and 200E-9 (100 pF to

200 nF).

Enable the contact check function.

(3)

Perform the test for 2 seconds.

(4)

Query the test status and monitor until the test is complete.

(5)

After the test is complete, query the measured capacitance value of the contact check.

1.2 nF is returned.

(6)

Query the contact check result.

PASS is returned since the result is over the setting, 500 pF.
