Settings for the communications conditions

Items to be checked before setting the communications conditions

The settings for the instrument and external devices are different when connecting to an existing 
network or establishing a new network for the instrument and one computer.

Connecting the instrument to an existing network

You must first ask the network system administrator (department) to allocate the following setting 
in advance. Ensure that the instrument uses a unique address that is not being used by any other 
device on the network.
