Rackmount fitting installation procedure

Tools to be prepared: Phillips screwdriver (No.2), rackmount fitting (EIA or JIS),

spacer

Place the bottom of the instrument facing

up and remove the 8 screws from the

support feet and sides.

Remove the support feet from the

instrument.

Rackmount fitting

(EIA or JIS)

Spacer

Attach the spacers to both sides of the

instrument and secure the rackmount

fitting using specified screws.

Keep the extra 4 screws.

IMPORTANT

• When installing the instrument on a rack, use a reinforcement stand, etc.
• Do not block the vent on the right side and rear side.
