(A)

The unique technology mitigates the ripple and outputs the DC voltage without overshoots.
The DC voltage can be changed between 25 V and 500 V with a resolution of 1 V.

(B)

The charging current and short circuit current can be set between 50 µA and 50 mA.

(C)

Any electric charge in the DUT can be discharged at a high speed.

(D)

The voltage monitor also operates even when a test is not being performed and the voltage 
between the measurement terminals can be monitored constantly. A BDD circuit is also 
included.

(E)

A contact check circuit is installed, which can improve the quality for an insulation 
resistance test. 

(F)

Measurement current and BDD circuits are included.

The analog and digital units have a 500 V DC functional insulation structure and are
