Querying the BDD measured values saved in the memory
Syntax
Query
:BDD:MEMory?
[CRLF,{CCV|CVV|CVI}]

Description Queries all the BDD measured values saved in the memory.
If the optional BDD detection method is specified, the command returns the BDD
measured value detected using that method.
The BDD measured values are returned with comma delimiters. When
CRLF
is specified
as an option, they are returned with line break (
CRLF
) delimiters.
The number of BDD measured values, N, can be checked with the
:BDD:COUNt?
query.
An execution error occurs if the BDD measured values are not saved in the memory.

Setting the BDD stop function
Syntax Command
:BDD:STOP {ON|OFF}
Description Sets whether to stop the test when the BDD count is 1 or more.
Example
:BDD:STOP ON
The test is set to stop when the BDD count is 1 or more.
Querying the BDD stop function
Syntax Query
:BDD:STOP?
Response
(2 or 3 bytes +

Description Queries whether to stop the test when the BDD count is 1 or more.
