Setup Functions
Solvent Key 2, Level 3
Amount of Solvent
Default Setting:
2 gallons (7.57 liters)
Purpose
To turn off the solvent pump after the set amount of
solvent is supplied. Pressing the solvent pump key
(Fig. 44) runs the solvent pump until it supplies the
amount of solvent set at this function.
CAUTION
Solvent pump will not automatically shut off when the
full level is reached. Monitor the reservoir fill cycle to
avoid overflow.
Access
In setup level 3, press key 2 on the keypad to access
the Solvent Pump Cycle Count function.
Keypad Display
The key 2 light is green and 3 appears in the keypad
setup level position. See Fig. 43.
System Schematic Panel
The Solvent pump light blinks. See Fig. 44.
Changing Values
The setting can be increased or decreased, based on
the amount of solvent required to flush the mixed
material.
Press the arrow keys to change the amount of solvent.
