Solvent Key 2, Level 2
Solvent Usage
Default Setting:
104 cycles/gallon (27.5 cycles/liter)
The default setting is for the President 46:1 pump. If a
different pump is used, enter the cycles (complete up
and down) required for one gallon of material.
Purpose
To set the cycles per gallon/liter for the solvent
pump. This allows the control to calculate the usage
of solvent. The value is displayed when the solvent
key 2 is pressed in Manual or Spray Modes.
Access
In setup level 2, press key 2 on the keypad to access
the Solvent Usage function.
Keypad Display
The key 2 light is green and 2 appears in the keypad
setup level position. See Fig. 41.
System Schematic Panel
The solvent pump light blinks. See Fig. 42.
Changing Values
The setting does not require adjustment unless a
different solvent pump is used.
Press the arrow keys to change the cycles per gallon/
liter.
