Setup Functions
Temperature Key 6, Level 5
Work Life Timer
Default Setting: 60 minutes
Purpose
To track the amount of time that has passed since
the Premier pump stopped cycling and sound an
alarm when the material work life time is about to
expire. The operator should take action to avoid
spraying bad material or having material cure in the
fluid lines.
CAUTION
A backup system for tracking how long mixed mate-
rial has been in the system is imperative. Do not rely
on the work life timer alone.
Check with your material supplier for the correct work
life time setting.
The work life timer starts counting
down after the Premier pump stops cycling. The timer
resets the set work life time after the Premier cycles
again. Since the system does not measure volume,
there are instances where the material work life time
could expire without an alarm occurring.
NOTE: The work life time alarm may be disabled if
desired, by setting the work life timer to 0 minutes.
Access
In setup level 5, press key 6 on the keypad to access
the Work Life Timer function.
Keypad Display
Key 6 light is green and 5 appears in the keypad setup
level position. See Fig. 86.
System Schematic Panel
The work life timer light blinks. See Fig. 87.
Changing Values
The value should be set based on the work life time of
the material and the time required to spray out the
mixed material in the hoses.
Press the arrow keys to change the work life time.
