Manual or Spray Mode
Using the Manual/Spray Mode
Instructions
To best utilize the following instructions, first read the
previous pages of
Control Overview , which will give
you the basic information needed to understand the
keypad and system schematic panel.
The following pages contain information on keypad
use, what the keypad and schematic panel will com-
monly display during normal operation and how the
display will change in an alarm situation. The recom-
mended action for an alarm condition is in the
Trou-
bleshooting section. The displays and system activity
for both Manual and Spray Modes are the same unless
otherwise indicated.
The keypad keys that are used in a procedure are
indicated by numbers on the keys. See Fig. 20. The
keypad display will show the default setting where
applicable.

The status of the system may be indicated by the
lights on the keypad and system schematic. See the
Key below for the meaning of the various ways the
lights can appear and the symbols used in this manual
for the light status.
KEY
Light off: function is inactive
Light green: function is active
Light blinking: indicates what information is display-
ing on the keypad
Any reference to schematic lights refers to the
lights on the System Schematic Panel shown in
Fig. 19 on page 26.
Any reference to keypad lights refers to the lights
on the keypad. See Fig. 15 on page 24.
To Turn off an Alarm
Press the stop key (1) to turn off all the alarms except
a Work Life Time Alarm, which requires that the Pre-
mier pump or solvent pump be turned on to reset the
timer and turn off the alarm.

Emergency Stop
Press the Emergency Stop key 1 to immediately shut
down the system.
NOTE: The Emergency Stop key will only shut down
functions run by the control (such as the Premier and
solvent pumps). Other components (such as the
agitators) will not be shut down. To shut the entire
system down, close the air supply valve to the system
(red-handle ball valve, located on the control cabinet).
