Select the

AP Image File

tab to specify the model and network address information to the file used in

the access point upgrade operation.

Select the AP Image tab and refer to the following configuration parameters:

button to move a selected access point in the All Devices

table to the Upgrade List table.

button to move all access points from the Upgrade List.

button to move a selected access point from the Upgrade List.

Upgrade List

The Upgrade List table displays the APs that have been selected for
upgrade. For each AP the hostname and the primary MAC Address are
listed in the table.

Cancel

Clicking the

Cancel

button will clear any options in this screen and

cancel AP updates in progress.

Update Firmware

Clicking the

Update Firmware

button will update the firmware on APs

listed in the Upgrade List table.

AP Image Type

Select the access point model to specify which model should be
available to upgrade. Upgrades can only be made to the same access
point model. For example, an Altitude 4532 firmware image cannot be
used to upgrade an Altitude 4700 model access point. For that reason,
the drop-down menu will only display the model deployed.

URL

Enter a URL pointing to the location of the image file.

Advanced

Select Advanced to list additional options for the image file location
including protocol, host and path. Additional options display based on the
selected protocol.
