Smontaggio serbatoio
sfiato olio
Allentare le fascette (1) e (2) di
fissaggio tubazioni (3) e (4) al
serbatoio sfiato olio (5).
A questo punto è possibile rimuovere
il tubo (3) di collegamento serbatoio
sfiato olio (5) alla scatola filtro aria.
Allentare la fascetta (7) sulla valvola
sfiato olio e rimuovere il tubo (4) di
collegamento serbatoio sfiato olio alla
valvola sfiato olio (A).
Svitare la vite (8) di fissaggio centrale
serbatoio sfiato olio (5).
Svitare le viti (6) di fissaggio laterale
da entrambi i lati.
Rimuovere il serbatoio sfiato olio (5)
dal telaio.
Rimontaggio serbatoio
sfiato olio
Per il rimontaggio eseguire in ordine
inverso le operazioni eseguite per lo
smontaggio orientando le fascette in
modo da poterle bloccare
agevolmente.
In particolare, in caso venga sostituito
il tubo (4) è consigliabile fissarlo prima
al serbatoio sfiato olio (5) serrando la
fascetta (1) alla coppia prescritta (Sez.
C 3), poi fissarlo alla valvola di sfiato
(A) serrando la fascetta (7) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Note
Nel caso sia stata smontata la
valvola di sfiato (A), durante il
rimontaggio lubrificare l'anello OR (B)
con grasso prescritto.

Removing the oil
breather reservoir
Loosen clamps (1) and (2) on oil
breather tank (5) pipes (3) and (4).
Remove pipe (3) connecting oil
breather tank (5) to air filter box.
Loosen clamp (7) on oil breather valve
and remove pipe (4) connecting oil
breather tank to oil breather valve (A).
Unscrew the central retaining screw
(8) of the oil breather box (5).
Unscrew the side retaining screws (6)
from both sides.
Remove the oil breather box (5) from
the frame.
Refitting the oil breather
reservoir
Installation is a reversal of the
removal procedure. Make sure to
position the clamps so as to close
them easily.
In particular, in case hose (4) is
changed, we recommend you to
secure it to oil recovery tank (5) by
tightening clamp (1) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3), and then to secure
it to breather valve (A) tightening
clamp (7) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Note
If the breather valve (A) has
been removed, when refitting it,
lubricate the O ring (B) with the
specified grease.
