
10.6 Console Commands
Table 10–3 shows the device codes and device descriptors of SCSI devices, as
indicated in items 4 and 6 of the cnfg display.

RANGE value
The d, or deposit, command writes values to memory. Values can be stored as
words, halfwords, or bytes. The default option is word. The command writes
the specified
value
through the range of specified addresses. No intervening
blanks are allowed in an address range.
Options are:
-w
Word (default)
-h
Halfword
-b
Byte
-S
count
Repeat deposit
count
times
The -S option causes a value to be stored repeatedly in memory. The value is
stored
count
times at each address in the address range.
Ranges can be:
address
Single address
address:address
Starting and ending address
address#count
Starting address and the number of addresses
range,range
Multiple address ranges separated by commas. Note that no space
follows the comma in an address range.
