8.1 Available Internal Options

Listed below are the internal options for the DECstation 5000 Model 260.

Internal options are contained inside the system box.
• MS02L–AB or MS02–CA memory modules
• TURBOchannel options

8.2 Main Parts of the System Unit

The system unit enclosure, shown in Figure 8–1, contains:
• Base system module
• Memory modules
• Central processing unit (CPU) module
• TURBOchannel option modules, if any
• Power supply
