STW 232:
STW 238 Profibus I/O Slave Diagnostic Status
The corresponding bit will be set to 1 if the slave signals a diagnostic that has
not been read by a RSD RLL instruction.
The least significant bit (16) of STW 232 corresponds to Slave #`1. See table
below.
