Slide the top access panel toward the rear of the unit about 1.0 inch (2.5 cm).

Lift and remove the panel to locate the I/O board, the Standard Peripheral
Board, and the I/O fan.
WARNING:
To reduce the risk of personal injury from hot
surfaces, allow the internal system components to cool before
touching them.
CAUTION:
Never operate the server with an access panel
removed or partially installed. Doing so will cause thermal
damage to the system and could void your warranty.

Turn the top access panel over to locate the hood labels.
NOTE
: These top access panel labels provide instructions on installing
expansion boards, setting switches, and I/O fan removal.
7.
To reassemble the server, reverse steps 1 through 5.
