Software and Firmware Updates
The Settings screen also includes the software and firmware update feature. This function is only
accessible by a trained technician with administrator privileges. A passcode is required to access the
features in this part of the screen.
To unlock this part of the Settings screen, select the Locked button. A passcode screen opens.
Using the numeric keypad, enter the correct passcode to unlock the Administrator Settings.

With the Administrator Settings unlocked, the passcode Change button, temperature and oxygen
pressure Calibrate buttons, and the software Network button become available.

To update the software and firmware, the ventilator must be attached to a network computer with
Internet access. Tap the
Network button and follow the onscreen instructions. For more
information, refer to the Settings section.
