Alarm Log
The following table identifies each of the codes shown in the alarm log, including:
• Description
• Alarm Level, and
• Operator Action
Note: Alarm codes begin with 1000 and end at 2701, however, codes do not exist for all sequential
numbers.

High Hardware Malfunction with ID 1200 to 1299 raised.

2000 Software
Malfunction
High Shutdown and restart the unit. If the alarm persists
contact CAE customer service.
2001 Gas Supply
Failure
High Verify Oxygen tank. Requires attention of medical
personnel.
2002 Touch
Screen
Failure
High Shutdown and restart the unit. If the alarm persists
contact CAE customer service.
2010 Battery
Power
Low UPS disconnected from the wall. Connect UPS to
the wall. Requires attention of medical personnel.
2011 Battery Low Medium UPS disconnected from the wall. Connect UPS to
the wall. Requires attention of medical personnel.
2012 Battery
Critical
High UPS disconnected from the wall. Connect UPS to
the wall. Requires attention of medical personnel.
2030 Breathing
Circuit
Disconnect
High Verify if breathing tube is properly placed. Requires
attention of medical personnel.
