Alarm Setup
The Alarm Setup button accesses the available set of alarms for adjustment.

When the button is selected, the Alarm Setup screen opens. Choose the alarm to be modified by
tapping on it. Adjust parameter threshold values using the
+ (plus) and - (minus) buttons. Repeat the
steps for each parameter, as needed. Select the Done button to close the Alarm Setup screen and
return to the Operation screen.

Inspiratory and Expiratory Hold Maneuvers
When the Maneuvers button is tapped, an additional panel opens at the bottom of the screen which
provides access to the Inspiratory Hold and Expiratory Hold maneuver buttons.
The Inspiratory Hold maneuver allows calculation of the plateau pressure, the Pplateau value. An
estimated Pplateau value is displayed until the value is calculated.
The Expiratory Hold maneuver allows intrinsic PEEP to be viewed on the waveform. Refer to the Using
the Ventilator section for additional information.
