Increase/Decrease Symbols
The Control widget parameters, alarm settings and volume settings are adjusted using increase (

)
and decrease (
-
) buttons.

Locked/Unlocked Symbols
The touchscreen can be locked to avoid any inadvertent function activations. The padlock symbol is
used to indicate the status: unlocked when the screen functions are accessible, and locked when the
screen lock function has been selected.
A colour change accompanies the padlock symbol change: unlocked (white); locked (blue).

Start and Standby Symbols
The Start Ventilation button uses an arrow symbol typically associated with the function to start a
function. The Standby button uses the square symbol associated with the stop function.

Sound Volume Symbols
Sound volume is represented by a speaker symbol and vertical lines indicate the set volume. The
volume is adjusted in percentage increments; four lines is equal to 100% of an alarm’s set dB value.
