Enables or disables the IP phone to present audio and visual MWI when receiving new voice
messages.

Note
: It always works at the time of Unsolicited MWI; at the time of solicited MWI, MWI
subscription feature should be configured in advance. It works only if the values of
parameters “features.voice_mail_tone_enable”, “features.voice_mail_popup.enable” and
“phone_setting.mail_power_led_flash_enable” are set to 1 (Enabled).
