DISK ERROR
The hard disk is full or
damaged. Initialize the hard disk or, if
the error continues to occur,
replace the hard disk.
To initialize the hard disk,

The hard disk is full or
damaged. Initialize the hard disk.

DUPLEX UNIT
DOOR OPEN
Duplex cover is open. Close the duplex cover.
FATAL ERROR
Sensor error. Open and close front cover
to automatically clean
density sensor parts.
PRINTER COVER OPEN
The printer’s top cover is
open. Close the top cover.
IMAGING UNIT
MISSING
The imaging unit is not
installed. Install the imaging unit.
PAPER JAM DUPLEX
Paper has jammed in the
duplex unit. Locate and remove the jam.
PAPER JAM EXIT
Paper has jammed in the
fuser area.
PAPER JAM FUSER
PAPER JAM TRANSFER
Paper has jammed in the
transfer roller area. This
type of jam means that
the paper did not make it
to the paper exit area.
PAPER JAM TRAY X
Paper has jammed while
being pulled from the
specified tray (

Locate and remove the jam.
