If the problem is not resolved, even after all of the above have been
performed, contact Technical Support with the error information.
The color has a
poor reproduction
or has poor color
density.
The imaging unit may
be defective.
Remove the imaging unit and check for
damage. If it is damaged, replace it.
Marks regularly
repeating on a
page.
One or more parts
used by the printer to
create or transfer the
image to the page are
damaged or defective.
Measure the distance between the
repeating defects in your print and
compare the measurement to the
following list to identify the part
responsible for the defect. For
example, your print has a visible mark
on the page. The mark repeats every
94mm. This measurement identifies
the imaging unit as the cause of the
defect.
Measurements:
Toner Cartridge: 34 mm or 25 mm
Imaging Unit: 94 mm
